Must Have Qualifications:​ Must be California NMLS Licensed. Must have at least 2 years current experience as Loan Officer Must be personable and motivated to make money. Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of current FHA, VA, Conventional and non-QM guidelines and products.
• Ability to correctly and accurately structure and price loans.
• Strong desire to succeed in sales and be a top producer.
• Self-motivated, self-starting individual who works with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to make 100 plus calls daily
• Personal accountability
